- Once approved you will receive an email with the instructions to make the shipment.
- As soon as the package arrives at our facilities, we will verify its content, and if it is correct, we will make the refund as soon as possible.
The shipping costs are borne by the customer and you can use the means you want to send us the package.
In the event that the return is due to an error on our part, or a factory defect, we will take care of managing the collection of the item.
No freight collect return will be accepted unless it has previously been accepted by our customer service.

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other, as long as it is well sealed to prevent the items from being lost.
The return will be made once we receive the items at our facilities and verify the content. You will receive the refund in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
