SUSTAINABILITY
Nature and the outdoors are sources of our inspiration and the force that drives Escorpion to innovate. We believe that fashion and sustainability can coexist and we work to make it a reality.
It is a collaboration that we have been working on for years and we are proud to announce the project to reuse 25% of the water from our dyeing process, by 2026.
Still, we know we need to do more to combat the future impact of global warming and climate change.
We aim to further reduce our impact on the environment and help transform the fashion sector, as well as advocate for diversity, equality and inclusion, and empower women in our communities.

INNOVATION PROJECTS
ECOPIL: Development of new low environmental impact finishing processes for knitted garments. Research and implementation of a new sustainable anti-pilling and anti-shrinkage process for wool garments.
TINTENIBLE: Research and development of new, more sustainable dyeing, printing and textile finishing processes, reducing water and chemical consumption with the aim of obtaining a more sustainable and durable product.
100% Wool, from Linear Production to Circular Production: R&D project focused on the development and industrial validation of knitting and garment dyeing processes for locally sourced wool, with the aim of producing a 100% sustainable, locally sourced wool product by incorporating sustainable technical solutions and mélange effects without modifying existing production processes.
WatReuse: Industrialisation of a sustainable technology to enable the reuse of dyehouse wastewater, increasing operational efficiency through the automation and digitalisation of processes while optimising water consumption.
TlowDyeing: Research and development of a more energy-efficient dyeing process for knitted wool garments through the use of sustainable auxiliaries and innovative physicochemical processes.
