RETURN POLICY

ONE MONTH FOR RETURNS

If the garment does not convince you, there is no problem, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Important! We do not make changes.

The transport costs will be deducted from the refund for return (€ 5.95).

The refund does not include the shipping costs paid when making the purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To proceed with a return send us an email to the email address e-shop@escorpion.com with the subject: RETURN.

Attach the order invoice and include in the body of the message the part (s) you want to return, the reason and the address and pick-up time.

Within 24 to 48 hours * we will send you an answer along with a label for the return. Very important! You must include the invoice with which it was sent in the original box.

The refund will be made at the time we receive the return and verify the contents of the box, if it is correct we will confirm the refund by email and proceed with the refund of the amount.

 

* Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded from the return periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, from where our warehouse & logistics center is located.

* During periods of sales or promotions, returns may experience some delay.

* Eventual delays in the return could be due to various reasons, unforeseen circumstances and force majeure.
