The company, with the purpose of complying with the regulations set out in Article 31 bis Paragraph 5 Point 4 of the Penal Code, has created this complaint channel.
This complaint channel may be used by both company employees and suppliers, clients or users, in order to oversee the compliance of the law. Any conduct likely to be criminal and carried out by company employees can be the subject matter of a complaint.
This complaint may be made anonymously, though it would be desirable to make the complainant’s data available, in order to facilitate a search of and follow-up on the events.
In any case, the company commits to:
i. Oversee the confidentiality of personal data and comply with the regulations set out in Statutory Law 2016/679/UE of 27th April on Personal Data Protection;
ii. A complaint made in good faith will not lead to any reprisals whatsoever on the part of the company.
All this notwithstanding the fact that the company adopts the respective legal measures for all false complaints.
